Check-in: After 2:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM Self check-in with keypad No smoking No pets No parties or events Please make sure to clean up after yourself....this is our home....please treat this home as if it was your own or better. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE- it damages the flooring. There is NO smoking/vaping of E-Cigarettes allowed inside. If you do smoke outside please make sure to pick up after yourself. NO candles NO additional or unregistered guests. Our MAXIMUM CAPACITY is FOUR (4) PEOPLE NO PARTIES or EVENTS without the prior approval of the Host. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED on the Property or in the Home NO UNREGISTERED Guests allowed on the property. $75 charge for each additional guest will be charged. Minimum age requirement of twenty four (24) years for booking a stay on The Patch Children of ALL AGES must be supervised AT ALL TIMES by an Adult. NO Firearms or Weapons of any kind allowed on property. NO Fireworks allowed on property NO EXCEPTIONS will be made NO OUTDOOR FIRES allowed without express permission of Host/Co-Host. Fires may only be lit in specified Fire Ring. Fires must not be left unattended and must be completely extinguished before leaving the area. STORM POLICY: Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or a Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane, flash flooding ). In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to any type of storm we will not grant refunds. Texas weather in the summer can be very unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these months. Check with your local insurance provider for details on your options.

Very clean & the kitchen was very well stocked which I loved! Plenty of snacks & breakfast provided for us. The kids loved the chickens & the garden. Sherry was amazing at making sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

You can feed the fish and turtles! They made a point to provide me the vacation stay I was wanting. Outstanding, I will stay there again in the future.
Kenny2020-07-10The Patch is a beautiful, serene place to relax and enjoy some outdoor activities. Sherry and Rob live in the home next door and provided us with delicious fresh eggs and other produce straight from their garden. We enjoyed relaxing and hiking, and the kids loves playing with the chickens and the sweet dog Nous. They also let our kids play in their small pool because it was hot (middle of summer) and were extremely kind and patient with them. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Mrs. Sheri was very nice and helpful upon check-in, was very helpful in answering all my questions. We had a great time with her furry friend and all the chickens, absolutely loved it! Still close enough to the main highways so it's easy to get places. Cant wait to go back! Highly recommend

My husband was wearing a mask when we arrived and we really appreciated that you took that cue to grant us space and social distance during our stay. We loved Nous. He was so sweet. We felt like he was our old buddy while we were watching the sun rise. The vegetables and farm fresh eggs were such a generous gift. We appreciate everything from cleanliness to the hospitality.
